  • Brown sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda

  • Salt
  • Eggs
  • Canned pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and combine with pumpkin puree and vegetable oil until smooth.
