  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies (candy canes or mints)
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip (16 oz)

  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  5. Fold in crushed peppermint candies and half of the Cool Whip.
  6. Spoon the mixture evenly into both Oreo crusts and smooth the tops with a spatula.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with extra crushed peppermint.
