  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
