  • 800g lean ground beef (seasoned)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 sheets ready-to-roll puff pastry
  • 6 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 150g Brie (sliced)
  • 2 eggs (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, orange zest, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four long strips.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture down the center of each strip, add cranberry sauce and Brie on top.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges using beaten egg wash; cut into four equal rolls.
  6. Place seam-side down on the tray, brush with egg wash, and bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
